Features

Everything you need, nothing you don’t

A focused tool for the agreements your customers, partners and team sign, and sign again.

  • A document editor made for contracts

Headings, numbered clauses, indentation, tables with resizable columns, embedded images and page breaks: what you write is what gets signed.

  • Type, draw or upload a signature

Signers type their name, draw with a mouse or finger, or upload an image of their signature (cleaned of its metadata).

  • Plain-language explanations

Next to each section, a short AI-written explanation helps signers understand what they read. Clearly labelled, never legal advice.

  • Revisions, locked once sent

Every change is a numbered revision with its history and a diff. Once sent or signed, a revision can’t be edited anymore.

  • Notify every past signer

Publish a new version and notify everyone who signed an earlier one, in one go. Co-signers are grouped as before.

  • One-click re-signing

When only the annexes change, clients review the update and re-sign in one click, with their previous signature and details.

Keep up to date

New subprocessor? Updated terms? Everyone is notified in one go.

Your DPA changes far more often than your customers re-sign it. Priva6 knows who signed which version, and brings them to the latest one.

  • Every revision is numbered, compared and locked once sent
  • Notify every past signer of a new version at once
  • Annex update? Clients review it and re-sign in one click
  • Text changes? Clients see exactly what changed before signing
  1. You add a subprocessor to Annex 3

Revision 3 of your DPA is ready, with a diff against revision 2.

  2. Priva6 drafts the email

A summary of what changed, ready to edit or send as it is.

  3. 12 clients are notified

Each receives a personal link to review the update.

  4. They re-sign in one click

With their previous signature and details, recorded in the audit trail.

Audit trail

Evidence that holds up, in every party’s hands

Every view, signature and reminder is recorded in an append-only, hash-chained log. The signed PDF and its audit trail are sent to every signer, so the proof never depends on us alone.

How we secure your documents
  • Content fingerprints

The exact text and annexes each party signed, fingerprinted with SHA-256.

  • Hash-chained log

Each event is chained to the previous one; editing history breaks the chain.

  • Consent, word for word

The exact text each signer agreed to, with date, IP address, country and browser.

  • Copies for everyone

Every party receives the signed PDF and its audit trail by email.

FAQ

Questions, answered

What is Priva6?

Priva6 is an online tool to draft, send and electronically sign legal documents such as DPAs, NDAs or BAAs. It keeps track of who signed which version, notifies past signers when a document changes, and produces a signed PDF with a tamper-evident audit trail.

Are signatures made with Priva6 legally binding?

Priva6 provides simple electronic signatures (SES), as defined by the eIDAS regulation in the European Union. A simple electronic signature cannot be denied legal effect or admissibility as evidence just because it is electronic, and it is suited to most business agreements such as DPAs, NDAs or commercial contracts. Some documents require an advanced or qualified signature, or a handwritten one: you are responsible for checking that the signature level suits each document.

Do my clients need an account to sign?

No. Your clients receive a secure link by email (or a link you share yourself), review the document, fill in the details you asked for and sign. Nothing to install, no account to create.

What happens when I update a document that was already signed?

You create a new revision, and Priva6 can notify every client who signed an earlier one. If only the annexes changed (for example your list of subprocessors), they review the update and can re-sign in one click. If the text changed, they receive a new signing request and see exactly what changed since the version they signed.

What is recorded when someone signs?

Priva6 records the signer’s name and email, the details you asked for, the signature itself, the date, the exact consent text they agreed to, their IP address, country and browser. This evidence is included in the audit trail sent to every party. Signers are told about it through the privacy notice linked next to the consent checkbox.
